Legendary regional Mexican band Los Tigres del Norte has officially added two Baja California cities to its upcoming “La Lotería Tour,” bringing the group’s iconic sound back to northern Mexico this spring. The band will begin its regional appearances with a concert in Mexicali on April 10, followed by another performance in Tijuana on April 11.
