The turnaround was completed in the 71st minute when Kim Min-jae scored with a powerful header from a set piece.

The victory was sealed late on by 17-year-old substitute Lennart Karl, who finished calmly into the far corner in the 84th minute to cap an impressive away performance. With this win, Bayern closed the best first half of a Bundesliga season in the club’s history, recording their 15th league victory.
